Alana is an Operations Administrator at Northern Alliance Financial, working out of the firm’s main office in Auburn, Maine. She plays a key role in supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring a smooth experience for clients and advisors alike. Her primary responsibilities include opening and funding new Charles Schwab accounts, processing account maintenance requests, and providing ongoing support to both new and existing clients. Alana is known for her attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and commitment to delivering efficient, high-quality service.
Outside of work, Alana enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and their rescued hound dog. During the summer months, they enjoy taking their Jeep Wrangler to the ocean, and in the winter can be found skiing, snowshoeing, and relaxing by the wood stove.
